The only way to stay above the wave is to discover how to connect the mind and body to raise your energy levels and your confidence in your ability to tackle whatever life throws at you.


Through meditation, you cease movement and allow the activity of your mind to go on without you. You become an observer rather than a participant. Eventually, you will fall into a deep silence, a place that underlies all the noise and distractions of daily human existence. In this place, it becomes possible for you to train your mind to calm your nervous system and relax and recharge your body and mind.


Positive thinking alone will not change your stress response.


You need to change the way you act. Relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises work in the moment. Meditation helps to change your response to stress, but that takes consistent practise. The most effective technique to use at any time to break the stress response is mindfulness, and it can be done anywhere.

Meditation and Mindfulness helps to re-train the mind to respond in a different way and this is vital for good health as ongoing stress can compromise both your mental and physical health.

A 25-minute guided visualisation meditation including positive affirmations.

A quick and easy mindfulness practise for everyday use.

Hi, I'm Celetine Fedley and I'm a qualified Meditation and Wellness Coach based in Lismore.


In my practice I work with individuals as well as corporate teams to help them breakthrough chronic stress, so they can have more energy and motivation for life.


Scientific research has shown the connection between the mind and body, and how our thoughts and feelings can directly affect our physical health. Negative emotions like anger, fear, guilt, and sadness can contribute to imbalances in our body, and eventually manifest as disease.
